As you arrive for your reservation, please know we are doing everything we can to make your visit with us as safe and as relaxing as possible. This includes the following procedures:
What We Expect From You

If you are showing any signs of the COVID-19 virus OR if you believe you have been in contact with
anyone that may have been exposed, we respectfully ask that you reschedule your reservation until you
can verify that you do not have the virus or at least 14 days have passed from the possible exposure.

In keeping with the CDC guidelines, we ask that you come to your reservation alone.

Please limit any belongings you bring with you. We ask that you only bring in what you can
keep on your lap. Everything else should be left in the car.

We ask that you leave your coats in your car.
However, with colder months approaching we will provide a bag for you to hang your coat in to avoid any cross contamination.
What We Are Doing To Ensure Your Safety

Our waiting room is closed, we ask that you wait in the car upon arrival. We will also have a
few chairs (sanitized regularly) placed outside with lots of plants to create a relaxing
environment if you would like to wait there on nice days. When you arrive for your reservation
please text "check in" to 610-933-3100
or you can call if you’re unable to text. Please arrive on time to your reservation, we will not have a lot
of flexibility. You will be prompted to fill out a Health Waiver digitally once you have
contacted us upon arrival. If you cannot complete the form digitally a paper form will be made
available to you at the door. You will receive a text/call back when your stylist is ready for you,
a salon coordinator will then meet you at the front door to get you all checked in. The front
door will be open to reduce touch points when the weather permits. We prefer text over calls
so we can reduce the phone lines being tied up, but totally understand if a phone call is easier
for you upon arrival.

Before entering we ask that you sanitize your hands and have your mask on, a salon
coordinator will then take your temperature using a touchless thermometer. We will provide
hand sanitizer, disposable masks, and gloves (gloves are optional) on a table at the door if you
do not have your own. If you have a temperature over 100.4, you will be asked to reschedule
your reservation.

The salon is sanitized on a regular schedule throughout the day. All guest touch points
(stations, chairs, shampoo bowls, lash/massage tables, etc...) are sanitized between every guest.
Every cape and towel that will be used has been freshly cleaned.

Our beverage services will be suspended until mask requirements are lifted. We hope to be able to provide this again soon.

Checkout... Any retail recommendations will be brought to you at check out, which will
happen at the stylist station. The salon coordinator will review your services and any products
you wish to purchase. Then will conduct a contactless payment when possible. Otherwise you
will be prompted to use the credit card reader that will be sanitized before and after each use.

Drive-by curbside product pick up will still be available for all your product needs. Inside purchases
will not be available unless you have a reservation.
Sanitation

All guests and team members will observe 6ft distancing guidelines whenever possible. Our stylist stations
are 6 ft apart, and our color chairs have been adjusted to accommodate social distancing measures.

Sanitation products are located at every station and hand sanitizer is readily available throughout the salon.

As always every cape and all tools will be cleaned and sanitized between every guest, and we
will be taking extra measures by wrapping our brushes so you know they have been disinfected.

We have gone an extra step by installing the iWave air purifier by Nu-Calgon in our HVAC
systems which kills Viruses, Bacteria, and Mold as the air circulates in the building.
We will continue to monitor the latest guidelines, making any necessary changes to ensure the health
and safety of the entire Charlotte Thomas Salon Family and our Guests. The most up-to-date information
will be shared on our social media pages.
